Het Witte Paard dreams of becoming the premier venue for the whole of Rotterdam-Zuid. A place where you know there’s always something going on, where up-and-coming artists can make their mark and big names can perform in an intimate setting. A place that plays a vital role in the cultural life of Rotterdam-Zuid and attracts music lovers from all over Rotterdam.

 

Since October 2023, we have been organising ‘Jazz Sundays’ every third Sunday of the month – a jazz matinee featuring established and emerging jazz artists in an intimate, small venue. Since January 2025, we have also been organising ‘The Blindspot’ every second Friday of the month, providing a platform for musicians whose music reflects the cultural diversity of the neighbourhood.

 

‘Jazz Sundays’ and ‘The Blindspot’ are free of charge, so that they are accessible to everyone. Anyone who is able to do so is welcome to make a financial contribution. We offer this option, for example, by combining the concert with a meal.

The concerts will take place at: Groenezoom 245, 3075 GD Rotterdam.

Capacity: 90 people (seated/standing).
