Jazz International Rotterdam (JIR) is committed to supporting and developing emerging jazz talent from Rotterdam and their artistic projects. In collaboration with various venues and festival partners, JIR organizes events under the name RAUW throughout the city, with the annual two-day RAUWfest as a highlight. The artistic focus lies on progressive, adventurous jazz that explores the edges of the genre.
