VNJJ is an representative and supporter of Dutch jazz venues and festivals. Its focus is on strengthening healthy and dynamic connections within the sector. Central to this is the triangle of promoters—venues & festivals, musicians, and audiences.

Stichting JazzVIP (JazzVIPFoundation) acts as the executive body of VNJJ and develops projects that align with its mission—particularly those that contribute to a sustainable jazz ecosystem by supporting the careers of emerging artists and broadening audiences. Examples include The Records on Tour and Jazz Week.
